{Character: Keira Asena Depending on who joins, will either be part of the major story or just a side one}
Soft footsteps against the hot concrete, gentle swishes of a heavy trench-coat, both paradoxing the loud noises of the busy street. The owner of the coat was a young woman with bright orange hair, her weird appearance garnering strange looks - given it was so hot outside, who would even dress like that? It was mid-afternoon, going toward evening, and thus the foot-traffic was consisting of people either getting off work or heading into late night work, much like her.
A stranger would cross her paths, in perhaps equally bizarre attire, a button up coat, presumably a practicing doctor's, and long pants with socks, A bow tie of some sort tying together the whole weird outfit together.
They presumably were getting off of work, as they headed down the sidewalk, wheeling a bag behind them.

Keira would unfortunately bump into said person, causing her to trip and fall onto her bottom. "Oof... ow... ah, sorry!" She'd apologize, standing to dust herself off.
"Yes, thank you. Would you want that coat dry-cleaned, by the way?" Never hurts to offer, might as well
"Oh! That's not necessary... I, ah, wouldn't want to offend you and the other people here if I were to remove it so brazenly." She chuckled nervously, scratching her cheek idly - perhaps a nervous tick of hers.
They seemed to pick up on the nervous tic enough not to bother her further about the coat.
"Are you certain you're alright? It IS 80 degrees out."
Cannot help but worry about anyone and everyone smh
"Oh, I should be alright..." She'd chuckle, although she was starting to flush from the heat. Maybe she wasn't so fine, "Ah.. what time is it? I lost track of time..."
"What you need is to take a minute to cool down, or you will pass out."
They would go through the bag they were wheeling behind them, various medical instruments visible within, before retrieving a bottle of water, the bottle wet with precipitation.

"Drink this, slowly."
"I... thank you..." She'd say softly, taking the bottle. She gave it a cursory sniff before drinking it as she was told. "I can't afford to be late..."
"Whatever it may be you are late to, your health prioritizes. You can't do anything if you're dead."
"Heh... my health hasn't been a priority in nine years..." She'd mutter, before realizing her folly and finishing the bottle. "Ah, I need to get going..."
