Phoenix walked into the prosecutors office, clutching a file folder full of papers, the draft of the latest portion of "Argumentation Style in Courtroom Rhetoric". He was looking for Miles Edgeworth, but all of the offices had changed positions since he remembered. There were new names on some of the offices too, ones he didn't recognize, like someone named Sahdmadhi. He kept walking around, looking for a familiar face.

Wright answers after Miles greets him.
"Miles, good to see you, I was looking for you. Here's the draft of the latest revisions, working on rewriting some of the introductory portion. Upon further review, I don't think Godot's style fits into the Edgeworth-Von Karma category, but I wanted your input before I go redoing my scheme of how to classify prosecutorial approaches. I also took a look at some of Blackquill's past cases, there are some real great examples for students to analyze in his body of work. "
He pauses, realizing he said a lot. After a little silence he talks again, a little lower in tone.
"I had a lot of time on my hands. Well, I guess I always have a lot of time on my hands unless I'm involved in a case"

Edgeworth chuckles in response, a sly smile on his face.
"Well, I'm afraid I have no idea what you're talking about."
"I suppose you're looking for some other Miles Edgeworth. Unfortunately, I have not seen such an alter in quite some time. I'm afraid in all likelihood the man you're looking for is in your home dimension."

"Could be. You seems awfully comfortable with this whole deal about alters, I'm still adjusting to it."
"Well, if you are interested, and if you are just as sharp as the Miles I knew, you're still welcome to look at it. I don't have much else to focus on right now, just this and the plants."
Delivering hope to the victims of this desolate underworld.

" Hap'piraki, Edgeworth. " Nahyuta gives Miles a polite Khurainese greeting. That's usually the extent of their conversations outside of the work related and maybe a brief stint about the weather.
" I must extend to you my deepest apologies. I had no idea that there was an issue with rats in the building. Pests do have a way of going to places they are not wanted, I suppose. "

Well, in that case, here you go.
Wright hands the bundle of papers to Edgeworth.
It's been weird being here. People seem to know me, but I don't really know a lot about them invididually. Is this what having a whole lot of friends is like?
As he asks that question, Nahyuta arrives and interrupts.
Not exactly the freshest or the most vicious insult I've heard, even limiting it to animal-based insults. While you're joining us, O Mysterious Stranger, can you tell me the difference between a prosecutor and a parrot?
Delivering hope to the victims of this desolate underworld.

" I cannot say I am interested in wallowing in wordplay with a degenerate. "
" If your business has concluded, perhaps it is best to sulk back to whatever godless stakeout you call a home is. "
" Unless you had more questions to badger the kind Prosecutor Edgeworth with? How to utilize a phone to continue a conversation, maybe? " It's not a hard rule, but attorneys wandering the prosecutor's office has become more and more frowned upon. Nahyuta himself isn't the type to be passive aggressive, either.
"Pardon me, gentlemen." A new voice made itself heard from behind Edgeworth.
The voice belonged to a woman dressed in clothing that could easily be described as being behind the times. She carried an air of authority and certainty with her, but she was respectful in speech and humble in tone. "Mr. Edgeworth, I presume?" She addressed the man in red directly.
"I am Prosecutor Darklaw from the Legal League of Attorneys foreign exchange program in London." She introduced herself. "Please pardon the interruption, but I was told that any prosecutors whose experience with the chronal anomalies in America should consult you for guidance in navigating the courts." Darklaw paused abruptly, her gaze shifting towards Phoenix. There was a flicker of familiarity in her eyes. "We meet again, noble Defender... Or perhaps not. I recognize your face, though you may not know mine." She trailed off momentarily.
"Although... There is something about you that is amiss. I can see it in your eyes. Even if you are the Defender I knew, you are not the same man who protected Espella from the fires."
